Featured speakers include George Langford III, Dr. Merrill Foster, and Dr. Jamila Kukalova-Peck. Events include fossil identification, university and private displays, silent auction and book sales. Burpee Museum is known for its unique Mazon Creek Diorama.
Burpee Museum Mazon Creek Display NOV. 5, 2000 (Sunday) Field Museum 9:00 A.M. Indoor field trip to see SUE at the Field Museum as well as a behind the scenes tour of the Fossil Preparation Labs. We will have a guided tour with Darin Croft, Post Doctoral Research Associate, and Jim Holstein, Fossil Preparator and Manager of the Madagascar Dinosaur Project.
