8:00 pm, COD, Rm K 131, Speaker, Jack MacRae, who has been interpreting the natural and cultural history of the Chicago region for nearly 30 years.
He is currently a naturalist and raptor handler at the Willowbrook Wildlife Center. He will speak the archaeological history of Illinois, which is as rich as any region in the world.
His talk will include discussion on paleo/archaic hunters and gatherers, early villages and agriculture, mound builders and petroglyphs in Illinois.
